Returns and Complaints
Based on the Consumer Protection Act and the Regulation on the Content and Form of the Notice of the Consumer’s Right to Unilateral Termination of Distance Contracts, we guarantee the return of items you ordered from our website hdizajn.hr. You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of unilateral termination of the contract, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract before the deadline. This can be done through an unequivocal statement sent by mail or email to info@hdizajn.hr, including your name, address, phone number, fax number, or email address. Alternatively, you can fill out the PDF form (below) and send it to us by email or mail.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day the goods, which are the subject of the contract, are handed over to you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier. We will confirm receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract without delay via email.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used, unless you paid by cash on delivery. If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide us with your bank account number (IBAN) for the refund. We can only process the refund after we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent the goods back to us. You are responsible for any direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are also responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling, except what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. To return items, please repack the products in the same packaging you received them in and include the invoice. Send the undamaged products and invoice at your own expense to the following address: HDIZAJN, Hrvatskog proljeća 22 a, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia. Once we receive the returned items, they will be thoroughly inspected within a maximum of 14 working days and must meet all previously stated conditions for the return to be accepted. If the return meets all conditions, you will receive a refund within 10 working days. Otherwise, the shipment will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense, with prior notification via email (we will only send a notification in this case; if you do not receive an email, your return process is ongoing). If you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@hdizajn.hr to arrange for the return and/or replacement of the product with the correct one.
