We create unique and personalized tote bags featuring your pets. After you attach the photos with your order, we select a template and, once we’ve drawn your pet, the printing on the canvas begins, followed by cutting and sewing to create this one-of-a-kind tote bag. This version of the pet tote bag features a modern visual of your pet.

Additionally, you have the option to choose how many pets you want on a single bag, with a maximum of three pets per tote. The process of creating the custom pet tote bag involves several steps. The first step is placing your order, where you need to attach photos (up to 3) of your pet, or send the photos to our email after the order, from which we will select a template to draw a unique illustration for your pet tote bag. During the illustration process, we do not use any digital photo editing programs—all illustrations are hand-drawn by us.

Furthermore, you can let us know if you want a specific shade for the background color (behind your pet) or the color of the handles. If you leave the choice to us, we will select complementary colors that best match your pet’s portrait. After we draw the illustration, the next step is making the bag. We prepare the illustration in a format for printing on the canvas, and once the illustration is printed, the canvas is cut and sewn. This way, we ensure that the entire surface of the bag is adorned with the visual we’ve prepared, including the handles.

The custom pet tote bag comes packaged in a tube. Since this is a unique product made to order based on the template you provide with your order, a certain amount of time is required for production, taking into account the production process and the current number of orders. The usual production time for the tote bag is 10 to 20 business days after payment is received. If you encounter any issues uploading the photo during the order process, you can complete the order without attaching a photo. After you receive our order confirmation email, you can send the photo or multiple photos to the same email address.

Maintenance

For the best appearance and durability, it is recommended to follow these maintenance instructions:

• Wash the product at 30 °C with mild detergents and without bleach
• Machine drying is not recommended as it may damage the fabric and print; dry below 800 Rpm
• Iron on the reverse side at a lower temperature
• Bags can be dry cleaned, but due to environmental protection guidelines, it is advised to avoid it if possible
