We create unique and personalized pillowcases featuring your pets. After you attach the photos with your order, we select a template, and once we’ve drawn your pet, the printing on the fabric begins, followed by cutting and sewing to create this one-of-a-kind decorative pillowcase. This version of the pillowcase features a modern visual of your pet.

Additionally, you can choose how many pets you want on a single pillowcase, with a maximum of three. The process of creating the custom pet pillowcase involves several steps.

The first step is placing your order, where you need to attach photos (up to 3) of your pet, or send the photos to our email after the order, from which we will select a template to draw a unique illustration. During the illustration process, we do not use any digital photo editing programs—all illustrations are hand-drawn by us. Furthermore, you can let us know if you want a specific shade for the background color (behind your pet). If you leave the choice to us, we will select complementary colors that best match your pet’s portrait.

After we draw the illustration, the next step is making the pillowcase. We prepare the illustration in a format for printing on the fabric, and once the illustration is printed, the fabric is cut and sewn. This ensures that the entire surface of the pillowcase is adorned with the visual we’ve created.

The colors on the fabric may vary slightly from the colors on the screen. Since the pillowcase is custom-made (preparation, printing on fabric, cutting and sewing, and delivery), the usual production time is 10 to 15 business days after payment is received.

Maintenance

For the best appearance and durability, it is recommended to follow these maintenance instructions:

  • Wash the product at 30 °C with mild detergents and without bleach
  • Machine drying is not recommended as it may damage the fabric and print; dry below 800 Rpm
  • Iron on the reverse side at a lower temperature
  • Cushion covers can be dry-cleaned, but for environmental reasons, it is advised to avoid this if possible.

All shipments are sent via GLS, our partner courier service. The typical processing time for orders is between 5 to 10 business days. We create all our posters on demand to ensure print quality. Additionally, a slightly longer period is needed for the production of posters and tote bags with unique designs tailored to each order (e.g., pet posters - 7 to 14 business days and pet tote bags - 10 to 20 business days). Delivery times may be longer for shipments outside of Croatia.

Currently, in addition to Croatia, we also deliver to several other European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain). The shipping cost will be displayed once you select a specific country at checkout.
